Dana
Darley is the Founder and President of EAS, and has been working in the extrusion industry since
1981. Dana holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, and has authored numerous technical
papers on auxiliary equipment and holds a US Patent regarding gravimetric control of gear pump systems. Dana has worked
for such companies as Process Control Corporation, LUWA Corporation, LCI Corporation, Maag Pump Systems and most recently
served as President of Kreyenborg Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kreyenborg GmbH.

Lee Ford...with some 30 years of hands on Extrusion experience Lee has become a well
recognized resource in the extrusion industry. He has authored several papers on Profile process and Tooling design as well
as participating in numerous technical seminars. In addition he owned and operated Extrusion Tooling Inc a custom Profile
and Pipe Tooling supplier. The bulk of his career has been spent with companies either in a start up situation or interested
in moving to a new level both from a process as well as an operations standpoint. With formal training in Lean Manufacturing
principles and techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, ERP, and a well rounded Operations background he is often called on to assist
companies attempting to move to a new level in this Lean environment. With a strong process and tooling background coupled
with this training he can assist in implementing improvements with a Lean mentality.

Tim O'Haren is a Senior Technical
Consultant, and has been involved in the sales, service and manufacturing of filtration equipment and other systems for the
extrusion industry for over 25 years. He began his very "hands on" career in the late 1970s with Precision
Equipment Incorporated, who at the time was exclusive distributor for Kreyenborg GmbH screen changers in North America. In
the early 1990s, Tim founded Bovram Screen Changers, Inc. and began manufacturing his own line of continuous,
piston type screen changers, the first ever produced in North America. In 1998 he sold Bovram to LCI Corporation and
began consulting for LCI and later consulted for Maag Pump Systems Textron. Tim's specialty is the manufacture,
application and maintenance of melt handling equipment for the extrusion industry.
